biggest palp ever :(

hey guys i just had the biggest palp ever it lasted about 20-30 seconds and felt like my heart was really strugglin :( they normaly last about a second so this was very scary :( xx

You said in your other thread you're going to the GP tomorrow - tell them all your symptoms and they will hopefully check you out physically then maybe help you deal with the anxiety, good luck x

The palps won't hurt you in themselves, but tell the doc about them anyway as its all part of it.

did it feel more of a flutter hun,,i find i can cope now with the one jump,,its when it does loads one after the other that i still stop in my tracks ,,wouldnt mind ive had them years you,d think id be used to it by now,,the biggest one was sunday night all i did was get out of bed,,but felt fine after i gave my usual quick cough normally sorts it

thanks hun yeah im goin to see my gp hopefully, it just really freaked me out and i panicked abit lol im used to the lil ones but never had a big one xx

teez it was like loads of thuds hun lasted ages im used to the lilone thud palps but that one was huge lol, after you get them do you need to burp?? random question i know lol but i read a post from someone on a palp group on fb sayin he needed to burp after havin a pvc and i did too after the big one its weird lol xx
