anyone else obsess about breathing patterns?

Whenever I tap my foot or swing my leg (which is often) I feel like I have to match the beat to the way that I'm breathing or sounds around me. It gets worse at night when I end up trying to match my breathing to my heart rate, which changes when I alter my breathing, and I end up with the anxiety of not having it coincide along with the ill feeling of hyperventilating. I'm just curious to see if anyone else has trouble with this.

i get this too sometimes. it started when i started learning how to breathe properly for meditation

I don't get this all the time but sometimes i feel as though the music on TV/stereo is going to alter my breathing/heart rate. I also get this if my dad starts tapping his feet and I tell him to stop!
