Hi Everyone,

I was just wondering whether anyone describes their palps. as little muscle type flutters in the high chest - throat area? Are these real palps. or are they just muscle spasms? I had a few today whilst I was doing pilates and it freaked me out a bit. I stopped and then they stopped and thean I wnet back to my exercise flutter free. Is it a good idea to continue exercising when you get these or to stop?

When these happen I find it difficult to think logically, but I know your advice will help - as it always does!
