Tesco Omega 3 - Buy One Get One Free

As the subject says Tesco currently have a buy one get one free offer on their own brand Omega 3. so that works out as 90 capsules for just under £2. 1000mg fish oil, 180mg EPA and 120mg DHA.

I've just started trying out the "mega dose" of 2000mg EPA, which is 12 a day (actually 11.111) so a bottle will only last a week, so I bought 18 bottles, all the stock they had!

Hey you still have bad days but more stable I find.

Make sure yours are emrcury and or pesticide tested (at least mercury)

P.S. 180/120 is perfect.
