Arent they horrible guys!!
was doing well and last night when feeling overtired i had awful one!!!
I was so tired and needing rest, i thought i couldnt wait for my son to go to bed!
That triggered other thoughts which were quite distressing as you can imagine what they probably were
Havent had these this bad since i had post natal depression
It starts the cycle of am i bad mom? why did that thought come? why???
It is so horrible, but then i say i love my son, i would necer be without him, couldnt be without him so why this thought pop in head!!
then you go round in circles punishing youself
