Extreme tiredness all of the sudden

I've been feeling very tired these past two days.

I'm worried. This is unusual.

I'm
Usually up all night till 4 / 5 am.

Today immso tired I could sleep all day!

Is it the lorezapam? Or the 25 mg sertraline?

Or am I sick?

.,........or is it because you are usually up all night until 5 or 6 am and are exhausted ?!?!? I couldn't even cope one day with that sleep pattern.
