day 1 of fluoxetine
hi all
well been really anxious since stopping citalopram on tues, and scared to start new meds today (sunday) but got up this morning made coffee put tv on for 2 yr old and came on here, sat with the pill for nearly an hour before thinking f**k it!! and takin it so a little anxious now av taken it but gonna try positive thinkingthe meds are not going to harm me and the worst that can happen is they dont work but on the other hand they could be the thing that helps me change my life from existance to actually living for the 1st time in years
have wrote myself a list of chores to do in the house and gonna start today to keep ma mind occupied (having hardly left the setee in months this can only be a good thing)
i will keep posting on here of my progress and would appreciate only positive comments as negative ones make me feel worse..
anyway the list is actually real long so best get started lol and thanks for listening,,,,,, onwards and upwards together we can beat this horrible monster,,,,,,,,
