    Re: lymph node worry

Hi there, I've also been obsessed with lymph nodes lately! After never having checked them in my life, I decided to start checking them about 30 times a day and of course I've found some "suspicious" lumps in my neck! Some people's nodes are more palpable than others, and 9 times out of 10 a swollen node is nothing to worry about but if you're really worried then a visit to the GP should help put your mind at ease! Nothing worse than waking up in the middle of the night and thinking "oh no! I have to check it AGAIN!"

    Re: lymph node worry

Hi there omg I sooo have this worry after my brother was diagnosed with lymphoma. yeah it is normal to feel them but I've found like the more you press on them they become tender and hard so if you keep pressing it thats probably why its hard. you should only really become concerned if it is swollen or hard for more than 2 weeks. Please try not to worry, i know its easier said than done but you are never alone. <3
