Increased from 10mg to 15mg -- anxiety got bad!

Hey guys,

I have heard a few people here say the anxiety can go way up when you increase dosage ... any more advice on this, has it happened to anyone else, how long did it last for you, etc? I am on my third day of 15mg from 10 mg (took that for a month previously) and really feeling the meds intensely. Yesterday was a really tough day and I had several anxiety attacks as well as racing thoughts and a lot of spiraling/worst case scenerio thinking.

My appetite has also been gone for over a month, though its made a few guest appearances. I read somewhere that the hormones that trigger appetite don't work the way they should during depression, so you often don't get hungry the way you should.

Anyone have any experience or advice with either of these experiences?

Hey Nagiko,

I am currently experiencing what you are describing. Except I had my dosage increased from 20 to 40mg. The side effects are just terrible. I feel like vomiting every morning i wake up with nothing but worstcase scenerio thoughts, feeling dizzy, very tired, loss of interest in so many things, etc. The meds for me havnt kicked in yet for because I did a pretty big jump of dosage. Considering you did a small jump, u should feel the meds kick in no time. Take care.
