Hi new to this hope I'm not alone

I'm in recovery from alcohol and weed after 20 years I left detox 5 week ago and was given campral for the cravings the day I left and they seem to work but after a few week depression set in and panic attacks in a big way I went to see my key worker about this and was given citalopram at 20 mgs ( due to go up to 40 in a week ) and zopiclone at 7.5 mg I get panicky after a hour of taking citalopram this only last half a hour or so I was wondering if this was normal and does any one know if this is a good combernation as I've never been on this kind of meds before thanks
