3 months on Cerazette..

The first two weeks on the pill was horrific but not as bad as my usual periods so.. i stuck to the pill and i personally think it was the best thing i have done!NO PERIOD...NO PAIN..NOHASSLE like a dream come true! well until now...... Now i am at the three month mark and i am feeling like i am coming on my period those horrible heavy cramps , i am spotting also tiny bit nothing enough to wear any thing... but its the period pain thats really bringing me down.. has anyone had period pain with cerazette

I am not on that but on a different bc pill and I get cramps every period still.
