any success stories?

Hey everyone,
I really want to try hypnotherapy for my fear of being sick however i am really not conivnced. Have any of you tried it to get rid of a phobia before?
Also, I was wondering if it could get rid of any of my symptoms of panic such as difficulty in swallowing etc.
I'd appreciate any advice you can give me.

Hi Helen!
I spoke to my therapist about it and she told me the following: "It doesn't solve your problems, it only makes clear what actually caused your panic/phobias. So, it makes a job aesier for therapist, but your symptoms are not gonna go away".
That's what she told me. I don't know much about it so I can't actually tell.

i spoke to my therapist about it and she said that because i am so young, she would not advice it and that it is only a short term solution to my phobia of vomit. Do you have any phobias Ana? i cant remember!! xxx

Heya Helen!
I am claustrophobic (don't know it I've spelled it correctly :-)), an also, agoraphobic. I am afraid of dying and flying, and also, I have a strange phobia of big things. They make me panic... Awful..

hoe often do you feel scared of these things? i feel a fear of being sick al the time and i cant get away from it!! (bad day as you might be able to tell!) xxx
