What have you missed out on?

Hi, am just wondering if HA prevents you from doing things? I was supposed to be going on a boating weekend for my friends hen do but I'm scared of something bad happening so I've made my excuses. I always do this when it's something out of my comfort zone.

It has stopped me doing a few things. Things I really enjoy too. It's usually because I have to drive a fair distance to do them and my first panic attack occured making that same journey. Sometimes there is only a short journey involved but I don't have the self confidence to actually get out there and have some fun. HA is a PITA
