Hello, my name is Stacey, I am 30 years old and have just joined no more panic, out of desperation more than anything else, because i don't know where to turn or what to do to get out of this hole. I'm hoping by talking to others about things and reading and listening to what others have to say I will overcome and learn to live with my anxiety, depression and panic attacks xx

Hi stacey and there is plenty of advice on this site. I have found there are many others who understand how debilitating panic/anxiety can be and just hearing others experiences and coping strategies helps a lot. I hope you find some comfort here x
