Fully recovered from Anxiety disorders =)

Man, today I decided to post on this forum because I felt like I was not being fair. I remember the times I was struggling with anxiety disorders how much it helped reading success stories. Well, so here I am today. I'm fully recovered from pure ocd, social anxiety and GAD Yep. CBT and ERP helped me SO much. Sometimes I even forget I once struggled with these disorders. Also, philosophy helped me a lot. You know, reading books written by great philosophers, such as Nietzsche, Kant, Rousseau... they all think differently but they made me realize so many things about life.

Anyway, just would like to tell you guys there is a way out! Good luck everyone!

Well done - the success stories are great for us all to read. Don't be a stranger though!
