Hi everyone im feeling real down at the moment, im having relationship problems dont want to say much about my partner in respect to her as i love her so much. but the situation im in is leaving me really down im feeling real lonely i did something stupid the ohter day cos i was down, ive got no family or close friends to talk to only my partner which i cant at the min. the only way i can get my feelings out is to hurt myself.just dont know what to do at the min.
sorry i cant say way the reason is, i just need someone to say things be ok.

Sorry you are feeling so low. Relationships can be hard work sometimes and it certainly doesn't help if you suffer anxiety. I'm sure things will work out for you, please don't feel alone, we are all here to help and support eachother through tough times.
