Grinding clenching teeth in my sleep.

Hi everyone
I have a huge problem.
I can't stop biting the inside of my cheek when I am sleeping.
I bit my cheek so hard when I was sleeping, now my tooth is rubbing on my cheek and making things worse.
I am really annoyed because there's a line inside my cheek now. And it hurts

I've tried gargling salt water and it's not helping.
This hurts really bad.
It can heal because it keeps rubbing against my tooth.

hello! i suggest you go to your dentist and get a night guard to protect your teeth when you grind them at night.. its like a gum shield.. but it does the world of good!
