    A VERY IMPORTANT DAY

Just got back from a weekend away and got a phone call from my cbt to ask me something.

Hes told me in Sounthampton this month,
theres a big NHS meeting about cbt and if they should be making it available free online for all sufferers.

He said they need 2 clients (panic sufferers) to attend to give our view on it.

He said he straight away thought of me !!!

Anyway I said yes, I will go along and give my views (gulp)
I am really excited about this .

Wow Mirry that's really brave of you. Well done for agreeing to volunteer!

The clinic I attend has an inspection being carried out on Tuesday and we've been told we can talk to the inspectors if we wish to give our views on the service. I'm not sure I am that brave though [:O].

I think it's great that you are doing this. Good luck.
