    Getting phobia of swallowing tabs

I,m having trouble swallowing tablets lately that they end up shrinking in my mouth, even the pill that's tiny gets shrunk that sometimes it messes my cycle
uP. just took diazepam and it shrunk and now I can taste it and it's horrible.
Do you think I should put it with icecreqm or food in mouth at same time and swallow? I can swallow food whole but not tabs. And scared to take liquid anti depressants

why cant you take tabs? what do you mean by trouble swallowing them as there can be lots of symptoms. for me they sometimes feel like they stick in the throat after swallowing.
