Just one thing that might help you to be less anxious
Our local hospital now allows mobile phones to be used in the hospital
I've even seen the doctors using them in the hospital

Why dont you give the hospital a ring to find out. that would be one less thing to worry about.
And I would think that it would be allowed ina psychiatric hospital. there is not so much sensitive equipment there as in a general hospital

As I said check it out, might put your mind at rest about being able to keep in touch with people

Going to the clinic was a waste of time today and I still have no idea what is happening. Julia wasn't there and she is the one who instigated the situation on Friday and who deals with my treatment.

I had to go to a group session where the therapist had obviously been told about what had happened and wanted me to talk about it in the group. It was the last thing I felt like doing. I just don't feel safe anywhere anymore, nor do I trust anyone.

Pam: Thanks for your suggestion about the hospital. But there is no way I am going there. From now on I am going to avoid telling them anything. It is the only way to stay safe.

I think I might have to move from here and I am also changing my name. I just need to get away.
