Lower right stomach pain.

I have this pain in my lower right stomach I Duno if it's bowel or ovary. It's like a dull ache and I can sometimes feel it when I move about. It's quite similiar to period pain, but I'm not due etc. Can trapped wind etc feel like this. I don't feel constipated.

Scared it's a ovary or bowel problem.

Sounds like IBS to me. See the column to the left and if that covers what your feeling.

I have the same thing every now and then and i put it down to IBS its not there all the time so not to concerned but its like a dull ache and sometimes if i sneeze or stand up to fast i can feel it....

you are not alone i get it too and seems to be worse just before a period which is the case for me a the mo.

Anyone else get this.

I can feel it constantly, it's a "just there" feeling and if I move about I can feel it.

I pressed on the area this morning and it feels tender..

I had a pelvic scan & colonoscopy last year, both ok.

What is this :(
