School run - no panic for two days!!!

    Hi,

Just wanted to tell you, for two days I have collected my son from school and not panicked!! Can't believe it!!

Normally come 1 ish I am running to the loo with the thought of leaving for the school run and on real bad days have really struggled to get there, only 10 mins drive, and in such a state, had to sit in the car for ages until I calmed down.

On Monday, I went to a shop on the way to school without even thinking about it, then carried out to school, got to school and realised - yesterday was much the same - I am so PLEASED! Could I be slowly getting my life back.

Hope so - going to see hypnotist today - I have got to go to him hope I am able to do it, cause although I have only seen him twice (at my home), I am certainly better, and people are telling me I am a completly different person, so fingers crossed, feel really nervous but I am going to set off and see how I feel, if I dont feel up to it I can try another day, will keep you posted.

Thanks to everyone for the positive feed backs and encouragement - its really given me the boost I need to try and beat these pa's.

    Take care

    Love Lisa px

    Hi Lisa,

    That's great!! Well done.

It just goes to show that it does get easier the more we keep going with things.

I'm sure you'll be fine with the hypnotist, it sounds like he's helping you.
