Dirty Dancing
It's my 21st this year and as my present mum bought me tickets for her and me to go to see Dirty Dancing in the theatre. The theatre is only about 15 mins drive away. When she booked it, my anxiety was okay (as in I would panic going further then 20 mins from home but I could mostly cope with close enough places). However, last few weeks my anxiety has got so bad that the last few days I have been a prisoner in my own home and even at home my anxiety is so horrible I have to literally survive every minute of the day. I am at my whitts end and don't know what to do. The worst thing is, I am meant to be seeing the show tomoz. I just can't see that happening but it is my only birthday present and because of this stupid anxiety I cant even enjoy myself for the evening. I don't know what to do. It is so unfair :(

Meant a lot. I didn't get it till this evening. I ended up not being able to go because of the anxiety but also felt rotten. My mum went with her friend instead but I think if I went I wouldn't be able to enjoy it to the full because I am just so anxious atm, When I get better I will go see that or another show but I will make sure I go because I will get better
