Starting to get worried!!

I started Sertraline two and a half weeks ago and had the usual side effects like constant headaches etc. But I also had a bit of pain around my sinuses and ears but not enough to make me worry. Then however I found a painful lump behind my right ear which is the size of a pea and I was silly and looked up symptoms which said cancer! So I am starting to panic about the lump, the headaches and the pain. I have made a doctor app to reassure myself but I am trying to not overreact about it as I can convince myself I am dying. Did anyone else have this when on sertraline or any other time. And how can I stop myself from worrying even more?

I had something similar a couple of years ago well before I started Sert and went to the GP, it was a swollen gland, but get it checked anyway.
