Feel so weird think i might be dying

Feel like i'm not getting enough air, feel faint and weird plus when i'm trying to check my pulse it seems to be skipping for a long time or 2-3 times.

Get this weird feeling in my chest aswell which feels like something pushing down on me and stopping me from breathing plus i keep gasping.

I had an ECG done yesterday which was normal.

I faced the same situation what you are going through now..but its normal body response though horrible...do breathing excersise,it will bring you back to normal stage..hope you will b ok

This is a common symptom of anxiety - we try to control our breathing and start to dwell on it. Your stomach muscles also tighten up, making your breathing shallow, as a part of fight or flight.
The best thing to do is not concentrate on it, just relax your stomach and distract yourself.
