'DON'T PANIC'

hi all,

i have,nt come across ANYONE who has had, or knows about the book that i use. and i just wanted to let you know about it because i truly believe it could help alot of people.

it is similar to claire weekes, and the author (who is a psychologist) quotes her as being THE pioneer in the treatment of these illnesses.

but i believe he goes further than claire weekes and it is also a modern book, there is also a cd set you can get.

the only problem is that it is available from the usa, so you have to put in some effort to get it, although BORDERS did tell me they had it, but then said they did'nt!!

anyway the doctors name is R REID WILSON and the book is called DON'T PANIC but he has also written others.

I found this when I did a search and thought that you and anyone else interested in this book would find interesting. Also there is a link about halfway down that takes you to Amazon where the book is available.
