If I'm breathing when I'm asleep (I presume I must be because I slept for around 9 hours or not o_O) then my breathing will not stop? Why when am I awake is it so hard to breathe? Pressure on my lungs and feeling like they can't take in air and tightness and gasping. IF they work fine when I'm asleep then that should help towards the belief I am not dyi8ng right? And that it is something i consciously add to? Something built into my anxiety state?x
It's making me constantly dizzy and sweaty and horrible and I can't rest, I get tension headaches and neck ache and it feels like my head will explode.
