odd symptoms

I was feeling quit ok until i go to bad(i just smoked a ceggrete ). then i got much symptoms on my body which follows,
*difficulty to fall a sleep because i convinieced i might die,
*dry mouth though i drunk pletny of water,
*palpitaiton
*skin burning (like when we keep our hands under warm water or sun burn)and itching as well
*then burning feel lasted on my both hands and knees,
I dont know its just anxiety or i got any neurological disease, i am completely fed up of above symptoms. Pls guys,desperately i need some help and hug

Hi, I'm not sure if what I had was the same but I had the skin burning and itching feeling with a virus a couple weeks ago. Had blood work and everything, just a virus. It's mainly gone but flares up with stress for me. Could you be coming down with a bug? It also gave me dry mouth and I was drinking lots of water.

Hot shower helped ... but my fiance did not warn me that it would make you initially itch worse as the histamines come out of your skin, so I freaked out.

Hi you can get all those symptoms with anxiety which are very scary. However, i have allergic reactions to some foods and get dry mouth, and itching and burning especially on my hands. Your heart increasing might just be you being scared of the other symptoms ? might be worth keeping a record of hat you eat and drink late in the day and asking a doctor. I have piriton to take for alllergies and it stops the itching, it isnt harmful so maybe you could try ?

rockydog: i seen my GP,he confirmed i had a panic attack yesterday. I got reassurance now, thanks for indeed
