Hi there - like Cement Mixer - I call mine the gnawing knife! as it feels as if someone is twisting a knife in my stomach and really giving it full monty - absolutely horrible - always there in the background.
Sometimes have to put my favourite ho****er bottle on it so the warmth soothes it! I can sympathize with you - awful!
Yeah i get that, before i have to go out anywhere :( its makes it ten times worst because i've been unable to eat anything, which in turn makes me even more shakey....
I find it really difficult to focus on things when i'm in that state, especially if someone if talking to me :(
