    throat issues

Ok for a while now I have constantly had problems with phlegm being in the back of my throat. I am always coughing or trying to clear my thoat. Dairy usually triigers it off real bad but it has been coming with out dairy too. I also get a mild case of a sore throat where my throat looks red at times which comes and goes regularly.

I just assume it was just allergies and it just happens and that its not a big deal but my dad thinks I should go and get it checked out but I dont seem to think the big problem of it.

    What do you lot think?

Dairy products trigger mucus production. That's why when you are really sick, you get advised to avoid them. So my guess is you probably have an allergy to something in the air, and dairy just makes it worse. I get this a lot with my indoor/outdoor allergies.
