strange feeling

HI GUYS,
JUST WONDERING IF I AM THE ONLY PERSON ON EARTH THAT FEELS THIS STRANGE?I FEEL LIKE ALL THINGS THAT USED TO SEEM FAMILIAR TO ME NOW SEEM DIFFERENT.I FEEL SCARED TO GO TO PLACES THAT ONCE UPON A TIME I USED TO GO FREQUENTLY BECAUSE MY MIND STARTS RACING.I SOMETIMES GET DIZZY,SWEATY AND MY HEART BEATS FASTER.A GOOD FRIEND DIED A FEW MONTHS AGO MAYBE THATS RELATED?

It really does sound like common panic/anxiety symptoms to me. I know how you feel & they really are scary feeling, when they happen!
No doubt your friends death started all this.

Sorry I can't be of much help but just to let you know you certainly aren't alone with this.

Hi, the death of your friend has obviously hit you hard, the places you are on about, did you ever visit them with the friend? sometimes if you lose someone close, you will find that the places you visited together very hard to revisit, as the memories you have will keep coming back into your mind, which will then cause you to become anxious and panicky. Have you thought about going for some counselling, I'm sure your doctor could recommend some good counsellers.
