paroxetine making me worse urgent

after taking this drug i have water poo and i have massive panic attacks there was pills on my bros bed and the only reason i went in there is my meds were on the side of the window ledge i flipped his duvet and seen pill and boom i had a massive panic attack thinking i had took them i ran in my mums room mum i think i have done somthing stupid i was so convinced i had took them i was crying worried that i was going to die

people is this normal im so scared i have stopped taking them and im going cold turkey

and the panic attacks im having after taking them are massive

please some help me i dont feel right

Stopping them abruptly is dangerous! I tried paroxetine some years ago and it would feel much safer to slowly wean off of it. But did you just take it once? I took it for few months so I had to slowly lower dosage. Major headaches..

Docs told me to get back on them due to withdraw symptoms can be bad so I'm back on them now
