    Nausea

Just a question about side effects.

I have been taking 30mg Mirtazapine for about 5 weeks. In the last 4 or 5 days I have been suffering with dizzyness and nausea, getting worse in the evening!
Does anyone else have this problem?

I take Mirtazapine 45mg and have never felt sick or dizzy, perhaps talk to your doctor about it.

Definitely suffered dizziness, especially getting up after sitting and more so when getting out of a car. This side effect did last for a while, maybe a few months. Has gone completely now though.
