My Anxiety seems to be worse in the sun.

This will sound odd, but where as 90% of people love sunny days, I feel alot better when I wake and its a cloudy day, For some strange reason I seem to be alot more anxious on a sunny day, I find the sun very disoriantating and makes the dizzyness associated with anxiety worse. Anyone else likethis

Na, I don't mean heat, although that doesn't help but even on a sunny winters day I suffer, its the sun not heat
