I woke up this morning in a state. I can't stop shaking and can feel my heart racing. I tried to call my boyfriend but he was in college I could barely hear him, he hung up and his phone has been off since.
I am getting my daughter back from ex boyfriend any minute now and I am panicking so much how I will cope with her alone until boyfriend comes home at 5.
I am dreading a panic attack in front of her!

Keep yourself busy, it should take your mind off your panic, when your daughter is there you will not have time to think about your anxiety and hopefully it will subside.
If possible take her out for a relaxing walk, that may calm you down.
