rescue remedy and other natural products

hi im on 20mg of citalopram nearly 4 weeks in still finding it tough going , i just want to know if anyone has good experiance/knowledge of theses alternatives , whether they worked for you and if you know of any that are safe to use with the meds im on.
aswell as the cit all i take is 16mg serc 3 times a day
vit b complex
vit c
omega 3
of course i will check with the chemist before i take anything but i just wanted some advice from people that might have first hand experiance.

I've got the little Rescue Remedy Spray and what a waste of money it was..... It did absolutely nothing for me, just like spraying a bit of Alcohol on my tongue.
