I have been on pregabalin for about three weeks now at 50mg with a view to increasing. I have decided that I cannot risk any further side effects. I have noticed increased sedation and sexual problems. I think this is because the effects are enhanced by the lithium and mirtazapine that I take. I have decided to withdraw from it for the time being. If I feel that I need to then I will increase the dose again. I just feel over medicated at the moment. I will stick with paracetamol and diazepam. I have greater control over the effects of these drugs and their effect is shorter. EJ
