i get pains in the back of my head

can anxiety cause pains in the back of ya head i been getting sharp pains and i know this might sound strange like dripping in my head and it makes me dizzy been having this since dec i.m starting to worry one day it felt like my head was going to burst was going to get my sister to call ambulance but after 5 min it stopped any advice please guys thanks

I get dizzy if I bend down or look underneath my bed, not sure why , I guess it's an ear thing .
Theres mucles in your shoulders n aides of your neck which travel up the back of your head , so your head pain could easily be mucle pain.
Check your mucles to see if there tense , n maybe massage then n use heat like a wheat bag you can wrap around your shoulders
