Ive still got it Carnation, had it for ages now on and off, throat not sore to swallow, just aches or a slight throbbing feeling in the hollow also lump feeling still there, got plenty of catarrh in nose that drips to my throat and feel I have to keep clearing it...don’t know if it’s sinus, allergies, anxiety or a combination of everything but wish it would bugger off now xx
