Sinuses got worse after putting the heating back on.
I seem to constantly clearing my throat and the head has been woozy the last few days.

Bit overcast here at the moment and as forecast rain later, I’ve been to the supermarket and post office, just going to do a few jobs in the house this afternoon.
My head as felt like that these last few days too but the anxiety as been coming and going also, my throat aches in the hollow and around the Adam’s apple, think it’s the catarrh doing it...xxx

Had one of those ocular migraine with zigzag and obscured sight. Not nice but at least I knew what it was.
Shame because I was having a good day up until then.

Are you coughing and clearing your throat a lot? That would make that area sore.
I sometimes get the Bonnie Tyler voice as well. It certainly is 'Heartache'.
