She's back in work after Easter so no plans made, when she was part time we would often go out for our lunch but all that as stopped now and I miss it.
im confused if all this catarrh is the result of the cold I’ve had, allergies or sinuses but wish it would bugger off.

I don't think the catarrh is to do with the cold. I've had catarrh ongoing for a few years now. It's not uncommon either. It's just horrible in the morning, that gunge stuck in your throat and the wheezing and crackling it causes Yuck! Not every day but it keeps coming from somewhere???? xxx

I think some of the Catarrh is cold related as it’s more that normal at the moment and everyday but I also think the sinuses and allergies are joining in the fun too...
Not looking forward to tonight as hubby is away and don’t like that one bit...kept myself busy today, it’s the evenings that’s the worse....xx
