Struggled a bit today, I’ve to do my bp for 10 days at home as I’ve got white coat syndrome for when we have our bloods done, but I’m struggling doing it at home and can’t get the readings down to my liking, let alone theirs...so it’s making anxiety worse......

Sorry to hear that. Those home readings can cause so much stress. I threw my machine in the bin, lol.
I have white coat syndrome too, apparently they take that into account. If they don't then they are stupid.
Doctors nowadays like you to have a reading of a twenty year old. The old rule of thumb used to be 100 plus your age. Try not to worry about it too much. xxx
