I had a better night and managed to get the grass cut yesterday, did a bit of housework, sat in the garden to only get more pollen up my nose lol. Isn't it great after the Sinuses drain, it's like you're ready to go again, lol. Like you say, it doesn't stay that way.

Oh it was such a relief when the sinuses cleared, I could feel all the gunge there but it wouldn’t budge, either up or down.
Not done much today, went to my sons for a brew and a chat but mainly just pottered about here....

Mine is too Carnation and all this catarrh makes my throat sore, not to swallow but achy sore.....
Yes it’s nice going round to my sons, I can’t go to the others kids during the day as they work full time but my eldest is a Carer for his wife so they are always at home.
I hope the weather bucks up a bit today, I need to go out later for a present for hubby for his birthday and I’m sick of all this rain and getting wet.

Good morning Carnation, raining again here and not very warm....
Glad you had a good night, I was awake every 2 hours but did go right back to sleep, didn’t help with hubby thrashing about in bed kicking his legs, he was dreaming but can’t remember about what, he does that often and if he kicks me it doesn’t half hurt...

Sinuses not too bad at the moment but will see what the day brings, Anxiety a bit up this morning but don’t know why xxxx

Wow it must have been a busy day Carnation but an enjoyable one I hope....
Sinus playing up again with me today, headache, head pain, cheek pain and gum and tooth pain, got to do two lots of shopping as well, which as you can see I’m not rushing to do...,lol
The Anxiety went down as the day went on but some symptoms still lingered, about the same today, bit of a dizzy head and sore dry eyes....
