Me too with the Sinuses. Kept waking up with postnasal drip, plus had really bad acid reflux from eating chocolate cake.
I think the dizzy head might be from the sinuses and not anxiety, what do you think? xxx

Well I’ve had a busy day, with a headache as constant companion, could be tension, could be sinuses, could be tiredness...who knows but I did what I had to do, same with the dizzy feeling, could be anxiety, sinus, I get confused as to what’s causing what.
Had some bad news tonight though, my sister called to say my nephew was diagnosed with cancer yesterday and goes for treatment tomorrow and to see if it’s spread....so that’s a worry....

It's awful YNWA, constantly clearing my throat and those pains in the head. Last night I could hear something going on in my ear, sounded like rush hour on the motorway.
Sorry to hear about your nephew, your sister must be so upset.
I didn't do anything yesterday. I thought if I rest up it might help my sinuses.

Yes, high pitched sound, hearing a heartbeat and temporary deafness in the ears.
I actually puked a load of gunge this morning. Yuck.
Went out, not too bad but drove past the rapeseed fields and off I was coughing again.
We are not the only ones suffering, loads of people I met have it too.

Been out most of the day, been keeping my son company as his wife is in hospital, nothing serious..but not straight forward....
