    Re: absolutely devastated

Thank you all for your support. I'm in bits at the moment. All I keep thinking is that I don't want my mum to die. She's my best friend. She's so supportive with my anxiety. All my mums' worrying about is how it's going to affect me, and my dad, and my sister, and her two boys. It just feels as if I've been hit with a sledgehammer. I'm still in shock. I'm trying to be strong for my mum, but it's hard.
    Thank you.

    Re: absolutely devastated

Just thought I would update you all about my mum. She has an appoitment on Tuesday with the anethetist (don't know if I've spelt that right), to see if she is well enough to have the pancreas removed, as it is a major operation.
My anxiety is off the scale at the moment, as you can imagine.
I've also got my last iv sedation at my local dental hospital on Friday. I will have had five sessions of iv sedation. I'm quite looking forward to it, because it will be done and dusted.
    Sorry for rambling on!!
I really need a hug at the moment.
    Thank you.

Big big hugs to you and I will keep you and your mum in my prayers. Try to be positive if you can, it's early days and you don't know anything for sure at the moment.

    Thinking of you.
