Anyone see Eastenders tonight? I thought it was a pretty good portrayal of a breakdown, good that it raises awareness that things like that happen to anyone. He looked how I felt when I was literally at breaking point years ago.

yeah it was really good how they done it it reminded me of when Arthur had his breakdown dont like Ian much but felt sorry for him tonight
Yes, I could relate to Ian Beale, manic terror, been there, quite frightening, I felt sorry for him!
