Had a lot of trauma this last week, wont go into details its too upsetting.
But can this trauma make me feel so ill!!!
Cant explain it just feel terrible, dont want to do anything at all, feel like im going to die!!!

Trauma is Depressing and can leave you feeling hopeless and lethargic.
If I feel like that, I try and get as much sleep/rest as possible, hopefully the feelings will start to subsideand you can get mobile again.
