    how far apart should i take them?

    hey i have been given 10mg to take x3 a day was wondering how many hours apart is best? thanks

    hi, Alamie, every 6 to 8 hours would be usual for propranolol.

    Such a small dose I wouldn't worry.

    40mg being the normal starting dose for anxiety.
