something has shifted - I'm coping with a 'crisis'

Hi everyone. I'm trying to be mindful enough to post when things are ok and today is such an occasion.

I have an on-going practical (not personal or emotional) issue that I have to deal with every now and then and mostly I just can't deal with it without going into major panic mode - crying, weeping, wailing, moaning generally not coping with it at all... but TODAY....

.....the ongoing issue has raised its head again and I've just dealt with it without any emotion whatsoever! i've just done all the right things, called the right people, sent off the right emails, put the right fixes in place and just got on and done it all without any hint of panic or anxiety whatsoever.

Can't believe how much easier it was to deal with without making such a flipping mountain of it all!

I'm dead proud of that.
