Good days & bad days.

Hello all , was just posting to see how u all are & what kind of day u have had?

I've had an okay day , caught up on some sleep so didn't get up till lunch time , was feeling a little edgey but got myself up & in the shower & dressed.
Had a mini panic when I realise I had nearly ran out of cyclizine to control my morning sickness :/ (I'm emetophobic)
Went down docs & got a prescription & came back home. Had my dinner (which was lovely) toad in the hole with mash & veggies mmmm

Now I'm just watching some tv & relaxing feel very calm at the moment

Planning in going to sleep in an hour or so , if I can get there as the anxiety always seems to hit around this time , fingers crossed I'll be okay

How's everyone else getting on?

Hey Lousicle,
I have had a good day, went with my son for an induction at college today, doing horticulture and he got in. Really Pleased.

My anxiety is also worse at night, when I am not busy doing anything, too much time to ruminate.
